A solidarity festival

This year, the Martinique Gourmande (External link) festival will be on the plates of Quebec families in need thanks to its association with the Cuisines Solidaires de la Tablée des Chefs. This project mobilizes the food industry and Quebec chefs to feed people in need. Colombo chicken will be the flagship recipe as a sign of solidarity for this new 2020 edition. 10,000 portions will be distributed to Quebec food banks. You can make a donation yourself by clicking here (External link) .

About the festival Martinique Gourmande

This culinary festival started in 2008, at the initiative of the Comité Martiniquais du Tourisme au Canada, in a desire to extend the summer in the plate and in the hearts of Quebecers. It was one of the first festivals of its kind in Montreal. Today, thirteen years later, the festival is reinventing itself for an exceptional and supportive edition, which will take place very soon starting September 17, 2020. Visit the Martinique Gourmande 2020 (External link) website for more information.
