Martinique Gourmande, as part of the Fête de la Gastronomie – Goût de France, is back for an 11th edition in participating restaurants and bars in Montreal and Quebec City from September 13th to 23rd.

The highly anticipated culinary festival organized by the Martinique Tourism Ahthority offers an authentic taste of the Island of Flowers to foodies all over Quebec. The event is made possible thanks to its prestigious partners such as Air Canada, Club Med Les Boucaniers, and Trois-Rivières rum.

This year, in the theme of "Sugar, spices... and great rums", the Festival has the honour of welcoming renowned Martinican chefs such as Daniel Labonne, David Colomba and the Martinican Master Chocolatier Thierry Lauzéa.
