Day 3 - First impressions of Dinard, Brest, and Saint-Malo

On this third day of Know-how Challenge #ExploreFrance, the three teams took different directions to each explore one legendary destination in Brittany! The Arts & Culture duo tested a spa in Dinard, the Between Land & Sea team had a guided tour of the magnificent Île Vierge Lighthouse, while the Gastronomy & Local Products team learned the culinary arts of crepe making!

Relax at the Barrière Hotel in Dinard

The five stars of the Grand Hotel Barrière illuminate the Emerald coast and the Saint-Malo ramparts. The Arts & Culture team enjoyed a Biologique Recherche facial treatment and a Ligne St-Barth massage in a peaceful yet refined cocoon.

Be marveled by the Île Vierge Lighthouse

The Between Land & Sea team had a guided tour of the famous lighthouse built on a small islet called "Île Vierge". This monument, Europe’s tallest lighthouse is 1.4 km from the town of Kastell Ac'h on the Breton coast.

Uncover the secret recipe of Breton crepe

The Gastronomy & Local Products team had the chance to learn how to make a Breton crepe from scratch at l'Atelier de la crêpe, an international training school in crepe making in Saint-Malo.
