Located at an altitude of 1,860m, the resort has in excess of 250km of runs, and enjoys plenty of sun exposure.
It is part of the L’Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine Ski area, which encompasses four resorts and villages. The ski area’s highest point is at an altitude of 3,330m, offering unique views of the Parc National des Ecrins. In addition to its incomparable ski area, the resort also offers a whole host of non-skiing and post skiing activities for visitors. A truly unique experience: in L’Alpe d’Huez, you can ski down four famous runs with a total descent of around 2,000m, that you can ski down in one go without having to take a single ski lift!
