Lido launches its new revue!
On December 2nd, 2014 the curtain fell for the last time on "Bonheur", the ten year-old revue. The legendary Champs Elysees cabaret was then closed for four months, in order to work on embellishments. It is in this new setting that the Lido will host its 27th revue, design and staging put in the hands of Franco Dragone, well known for his contribution to special shows around the world such as Cirque du Soleil.
Launched on April 3, 2015, the show is called “Paris Merveilles” and tells the story of the rise of a young woman destined to become a lead dancer.
Besides the traditional elegant costumes, daring choreography and refined decorations, the revue added technological and artistic prowess to the scenic area multiplied by a huge LED screen and projections on the ground. About 30 French companies and artisans were mobilized behind the scenes.
In the kitchen, Chef Philippe Lacroix and his team are busy preparing a new menu for the 800 spectators who dine there every day.
The Lido offers two spaces for rent:
- The panoramic room with a 900 people capacity chart and a number of equipment such as multifunction lasers or modular decors are available.
A dedicated technical team and event manager are present throughout the event to ensure its success.
- The Bluebell salon that offers a more intimate atmosphere with a capacity of 60 people during a meeting and up to 100 people during a cocktail reception. This space is however only available during day time and the equipment is more basic.
Reservations for groups
Triomphe package: Your guests will attend the dinner show and will benefit of a personalized welcome with no queuing and privileged position. The chef offers three menus along with a half bottle of Champagne or wine.
Finally, it is also possible to dine in a private suite for a fee of 400 euros (between 500 and 550 CAD) for 2 to 6 people.
For groups of more than 10 people, reservations must be made in writing at least 3 working days before the date of the show. You will also have to choose the menu that will be served to customers.
Please note that the period of end of year celebrations and St. Valentin are times of high demand and subject to specific conditions.
