Street food is in the air. Everywhere in the world, we are cooking and eating in the streets. In France, what is the most eaten while we're walking is a "viennoiserie" or a sweet snack. The Chef Alain Ducasse made this analysis while he was gazing at people around him, in the streets of Paris, and it this is how the idea of the "choux bun minute" appeared in his mind. The sweet food concept, which is a mix of street food and fine French pastry, is launched!
It required months of trials to Christophe Michalak and even most tastings with Alain Ducasse to define together the size, the perfumes and the perfect match of flavours of the choux buns and creams, of the salted choux buns and other small pastries offered at the stand. As a result, the "Choux d'Enfer" will satisfy the taste bud of lovers of sweet food, as well as salted food, with a large range of flavours from the classical chocolate choux bun, the irresistible salted butter caramel one to the most surprising curry tasty comte cheese and Espelette pepper. So much tastes to savor with no restraint in this appetizing stand!
