Everything you need to know about… relaxation

Relaxation, the state of being free from muscular tension and anxiety, also promotes mental wellbeing. Several methods exist: 

  • Reflexology, a knowledge and massage of the foot's pressure points that helps rebalance energies. This technique has therapeutic virtues for problems like migraines and back pain.
  • Relaxing in swimming pools.
  • Yoga or sophrology, which uses anti-stress techniques to strengthen the bond between body and mind, improves the relationship with our surroundings.
