L’Arazur in Antibes: a talent to discover

The promising young chef Lucas Marini has just opened his first restaurant after having learned the ropes under the big names of French gastronomy, including Yannick Alléno at Le Meurice in Paris and Mauro Colagreco at Le Mirazur in Menton. With his partner Jeanne, in his stone-walled atmospheric restaurant, he offers a creative, semi-gourmet cuisine, giving pride of place to seasonal vegetables, Mediterranean fish and the greatest cuts of meat prepared by the book.

La Langouste in Nice: city chic

Enjoying a pleasant 170m2 shaded garden – exceptional in the heart of Nice – this new restaurant has gone for a sophisticated décor. There is an intentionally cosy atmosphere to discover the traditional cuisine of the chef, Patrice Lafon. At midday and in the evening he offers a Mediterranean menu consisting of a collection of dishes, giving pride of place to regional and seasonal produce. Moshi Moshi, the new chic sushi bar

Just unveiled in the Fontvieille district in Monaco, Moshi Moshi is a designer sushi bar. The Japanese chef, Toshimi Takiya, has created dishes combining Japan and the Mediterranean, including the great classics of Japanese cooking, as well as sushi, sashimi, bento boxes, veggie boxes, etc.
